Find help with your Synthient account and integration.

Find the right troubleshooting reference

For a failed request, begin with the HTTP status and the response body. The errors reference explains the documented responses and how to handle them. Review authentication if your key is missing, rejected, or does not have the scope required by an endpoint.

If an integration works for some requests but stops under load, check rate limits and your account quota. Keep rate limiting separate from network timeouts and parsing failures in your logs. That distinction makes it easier to determine whether a retry, access change, or application fix is appropriate.

Get help interpreting data

Use the IP API schema to identify the field you are inspecting. The service tag reference explains provider identifiers, while methodology describes coverage considerations. For questions about decisions based on observations, read the risk scoring guide.

If those references do not resolve the issue, the support page lists contact options and the details to include in a report. Share a minimal, redacted example with the endpoint, timestamp, response status, and expected result. Never include an API key, an authorization header, or an unfiltered log containing customer information in your initial message.

For a snapshot download or a streaming connection, start with the relevant enterprise product guide. Include the stream name and snapshot identifier, where applicable, so support can distinguish the data source from the client consuming it.
